Question: Can I eat hamburger with braces!?

The reason they tell you not to eat some foods w/ braces is because some foods may get stuck to your braces and when you try to remove them, you might just pull off a bracket!. In truth, you can eat just about anything!. Just remember that if any food gets stuck, wait till most/all of it dissolves then brush your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It won't break anything, but it will be uncomfortable!. The easiest was is to not eat it at all because it jsut ends up being annoying!. Eat something really soft!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
