Question: I just got braces about few weeks ago-help/curious!?
after a few week i got my braces i noticed when i woke up every morning that on my lips there would be a thin layer of white slimy stuff :S and throught out the day i would suck randomly at my lips and i would feel little strings of the slimy white stuff on my tongue!. please help me what is it!? is it like skin or saliva built up or what!?!? please some one help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

its your braces exfoliating the skin inside your mouth!. The same thing will happen if you brush your lips with a toothbrush- eventually you get this slimy piece of skin that ends up on the inside of you lip or in your mouth!. Get wax and put it on your braces between your lips or gum lines and that will stop the shedding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ITS THE INSIDE OF YOUR MOUTH BASICALLY SHEDDING!. MINE DOES THE SAME THING EVERY NOW AND THEN AND I DONT EVEN HAVE BRACESWww@Answer-Health@Com
