I've had good results with crest whitestrips!. Also, the stuff you apply at night that stays on your teeth is good, but it's hard to put on and is a bit messy!. Avoid the ones that disinegrate on your teeth, they taste awful afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Be careful and don't overuse the whiteners or they will turn your teeth a very ugly bluish gray!. It's permanent, too!! : OWww@Answer-Health@Com
