Question: How long will I have it!?
I got my 4 wisdom teeth taken out on Tuesday morning, and my face is still swollen (albeit less)!. I'm just wondering how much longer it would be swollen!.
Also, another question: would it be safe to brush my teeth with toothpaste (Colgate/Crest/etc) now!? It's been 4 days, and I've just been gently brushing with water; I'm tired of my breath smelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, of course, please get and hold your brush and brush with your toothpaste ( whichever you are using and fond of !!) !.!.!.!.it is very very important!. This would give you a very clean and fresh feeling!. And please continue with the night-time brushing also!.
yes, for nice feeling of freshness, arrange a tongue-scrpaer and start doing daily tongue-cleaning ie removing the coating from the tongue on daily basis which is one of important contributing factor for bad odor!.
And last but not the least, just go ahead and keep on using Betadine gargles for next 3-4 days alongwith frequent warm saline gargles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wait till the stiches are totally out to brush hard, but start using toothpaste when you think you can handle the pain from it!. Your face should swell down in about a week, so 3 more days for you!. I had mine out 2 weeks ago, and I am fine now except it still feels like 4 giant holes in the back of my mouthWww@Answer-Health@Com
all together like a week give or take!. it's okay to start brushing your teeth and to gargle!. if you have stitches it might be best to start gargling!. 'cause you dont want to knock the stitches out of place and your mouth starts bleeding all over again!. so like a week give or take- you'll be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
