What should I put on my retainer?!
Question: What should I put on my retainer!?
I am getting my braces off in about a month or so!. My orthodontist recommended that I get a hawley retainer and I just need to choose a design!. What do you think I should put on it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest a straight wire hawley retainer, it's the original hawley retainer and work best as a retainer!. those retainers with designs are just for art reasons, very visible to look at because of the design, more expensive than the straight wire, and prone to wire breakage because wires are bent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well I am freinds with heaps of people who have had braces and when they get them off they all have retainers but you can never notice it if its clear! so go with that!
