Yes, they are safe!. However, it depends on the person as far as whether you will have sensitivity or not!. Sensitivity can occur during or after bleaching, both or not at all!. Everyone is different!. I recommend my patients use a sensitivity toothpaste (like Crest sensitivity, with Potassium Nitrate) to help during the days you are bleaching!. Also, if you do experience sensitivity, you can bleach every other day, rather than daily!. But for the price, the white strips are a pretty good buy!. :) Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah they are safe, dont swallow a bunch of the paste though might make your stomach hurt, and they make your teeth a lil sensitive but goes away after use!. Might make your gums a lil tender but that goes away!. Other than that they work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
