when you first get them they are okay and you cant really even feel them then the next morning you wake up and its hell because your teeth start to move in the back between 6-12 hours!. dont chew anything with your back teeth!. it hurts so bad when you do!. only eat pasta [you can cut it up real small and just swallow], yogurts good, ice creams okay, the yogurt and ice cream give you temp!. relieve cus its cold and it just feels good on your teeth!. good luck and right before going to sleep and before acually getting the spacers take an ibuprofen, advil, or motrin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they dont hurt, they r just anoying!. its a little rubber band stuck between ur teeth!. u just want to pick at it, but u cant!. dont worry bout it!. they dont hurt!. just follow the directions, dont pick at them, and dont eat nething sticky, other wise they have to put new 1s in, and that takes even longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
spacers r used to make a little gap between ur teeth for room when they put the braces on!.
the spacers might feel a little weird or uncomfortable at first, but then u should get used to it!.

omg im getting braces in july and spacers on july 7th in someways im excited but i heared that it hurts more than braces!? and its uncomfortable so yea can u tell me how ur appointment went!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
They can be annoying!.!.!.not necessarily painful, but they don't feel good!. You will notice your teeth being very tender so be prepared to eat soft food for a few days!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
