Prevent white spots after braces?!

Question: Prevent white spots after braces!?
i am getting my braces off july 18th and ive had them on for a tiny bit over two and a half years!. i am really excited, but i am also really worried about decalification(something lk that) or white spots/ marks on my teeth where my braces were!. i brush USUALLY twice a day, sometimes once!.

is there anything i can do to make sure that i dont get these white spots or marks!?!?!? or is it too late!? for a couple of days now i have been using phos flur!. i think that's supposed to help, but it make take too long!! is there any way that i can get my braces off and have a beautiful, spot/mark free white smile!?

p!.s - i don't floss!. its 2 hard 2 with braces!! those special kinds dont work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You shouldn't have the white spots under the brackets, but you would find them around the brackets (you don't say if you have them)!. The only prevention is to brush and floss properly albeit hard with braces, but that is your best defense!. I would keep up with the phos flur as it will strengthen your enamel where the brackets were placed!. If they are not visible around the brackets you may be lucky and not have gotten them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the white spots are decalcification , u are absolutely right!.
there is a special product for this!. its called tooth mousse!. look it up and purchase that!. keep your brushing regular, use a fluoridated toothpaste and a fluoridated mouthrinse!. If after removal of braces u do notice white spots, u can ask ur dentist if he/she thinks that fluoride varnish application will help!.

Tooth mousse contains calcium phospopeptide and amorphous calcium phosphate!. it will enhance uptake of fluoride by your teeth and enhace recalcification of the decalcified areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless you dont brush your teeth often or well, you will be fine
