Tooth pulled..one next to it in terrible pain...HELP!?!

Question: Tooth pulled!.!.one next to it in terrible pain!.!.!.HELP!!?
I had a molar extracted last Friday and now the tooth next to it is very painful!.!.has like a heartbeat pain in it and is swollen some underneath and red!. I did have a piece of gum that was open revealing a bit of this tooths roots but the oral surgeon said it would close and it did withint a few days of the extraction!. I have been hurting for 8 days and it wont stop!. I am taking amoxicillin, pain meds, and am hurting badly!. Should I go back to the dentist on Monday and get them to look at this tooth!? I am wondering if a piece of food or something got stuck in that opening opening and healed in there!.

I want the pulsing pain to stop!!! HELP! Has anyone experienced this!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, go back to the dentist ASAP!. It could be food or infection!. I had the same problem!. I had a molar pulled and next thing I know the tooth in back of it is hurting bad!. It turned out the tooth behind the one I had pulled was cracked all the way through and was rotting inside!. They pulled it too!. They were the bottom #30 and #31 molar's!. It sounds like something could be stuck under the gum and it's infected!. Tooth pain is the worst- almost as bad as labor pains!Www@Answer-Health@Com
