How do I keep getting cavities?!

Question: How do I keep getting cavities!?
I'm 16, and all my back teeth have fillings on them, and even one close to the fron of my mouth

i floss EVERYDAY, i brush EVERYDAY, and i use listerine (sp!?) everyday after everytime i eat i brush and floss

i dont drink many sodas, i dont eat too many sweets i mean i do sometimes but not everyday every "blue moon"

and i went to the dentist not even a month ago (i go back again this month on the 8th to get another cavity filled) and I notcied one of my teeth was hurting really badly so i went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and there was a black spot between my teeth in the back

how!?
did that just appear there in less than a month!?
because i went to the dentist like isaid less than a month ago and they checked to see if i have cavities and i had ONE
and i was also looking at my teeth below where i have the cavity (on the bottom teeth in the back) and i noticed it LOOKS like there is another cavity between TWO different teethWww@Answer-Health@Com

As the others said, weak enamel may be a cause of all those cavities!. But another thing that can lead to tooth decay is that some people have really deep "cracks" in their molars!. What I mean is, you notice that your molars have four peaks, and then there's a "valley" in between those peaks!. Some people, mostly through genetics, have a deep and tiny "crevasse" in that valley, which is almost impossible to brush and clean!.

Does your family have a history of poor dental health!? Do your parents have a lot of cavities or bridgework or dentures!? If so, then your problem may be genetic!.

I have a good friend who had dentures by age 30 because he had such weak enamel that his teeth literally rotted out of his head!. His mother and sister had the same problem!.

Dentists can help people in that situation by applying sealants to the teeth to keep the plaque from getting into those little crevasses!.

To strengthen your tooth enamel, make sure you get good nutrition--calcium, particularly, because that's what strengthens your bones!. You might also try an anti-cavity mouthwash, which will get fluoride into those tiny little crevasses that your toothbrush can't reach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

looks like you have hypo plastics teeth!. Means, enamel is week & brittle!. It comes off like chalk powder!. The permanant remedy is to go in for crowns for all your teeth or just keep filling when cavities form!. Try floride varnishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems like you have really weak enamel if you get cavities that easily!. I'd talk to your dentist about what you should do to prevent cavities!. You may need to get some prescription strength products to help keep your teeth healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have no idea, but drinking milk and drinking TAP water may help, as tap water has added flouride which prevents tooth decay!.!.

it may not help but it's perhaps worth a try!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have weak enamel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many reasons this could be!. It's easy to say you have bad genetics, but you can't do much about it!.

However, there are some other explanations you might be able to do a lot about!.

For example:
1) you have wide interdental space, therefore regular floss is not enough and you would need something like Thornton's Bridge and Implant cleaner!. It's like a regular floss but thicker and spongier, and cleans wide interdental spaces a lot better;
2) your flossing technique isn't optimal, so you floss but not in an effective way!. In this case, you need to learn to floss better;
3) your toothbrush is too hard and damages your enamel, in which case you need an ultrasoft one;
4) your brushing technique isn't optimal, and you might benefit from an electric toothbrush;
5) listerine damages your gums, and you need a more gentle mouthwash!.

I don't think it appeared in less than a month, it probably got undetected the first time you got examined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
