Question: Denatal problems with one year old!!?
My daughter was one on the 30th May, and in the last three months she has had 3 ear infections!. Each time she has also cut a tooth at the same time, can these be related!?
Has anyone else got a child who gets bad ear infections!.

My daughter has 8 teeth at the front (4 at bottom, 4 at top)!. She has just (in the last few days) cut one of her back teeth!. Her mouth is extremely sore!. When i had a look it was red, a bit swollen, and where the tooth is cutting it was slightly bleeding!. Ive heard back teeth are bad but is this normal!? She is barely touching food (a mixture of teething and the ear infection i think) but she is drinking plenty!.
Doc prescribed antibiotics for the infection but im worried about the gums so im gonna take her back tomorrow as she seems to really be distressed over this!.
Has anyone else had this!.!.!.!.!.!?

My son turned one three weeks ago and this weekend has been extra tough on him!. Although he has never had an ear infection he has refused food all weekend and run a slight fever!. He also has 8 teeth, 4 top, 4 bottom and it looks to me that he is getting number 9 and 10 on the bottom!. His gums are extremely swollen and although he doesn't have an ear infection (to my knowledge) he has been holding his ears a lot this weekend!. To anyone else it looks like he is covering his ears as if he doesn't want to ear what you are saying but of course he is too young to know to do this and I know it is because his teeth hurt!. I have been giving him Motrin all weekend and it seems to have helped although he is still refusing to eat and will only drink milk!. I am going to call him doctor on Monday about him holding his ears though, just in case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
