Before, this helps to remove all the stuff that have been removed from the inbeween teeth by a teeth brush during flossing!. Again the fluoride that is in the tooth paste will have chance to penetrate the flossed areas of the teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Floss, brush, then mouthwash!. it really doesn't matter what order you go in!. i think that mouthwash makes sense to be last tho!.!.!.!.this is the order i do it in, all the time, and i have no cavities!Www@Answer-Health@Com

before because you could still have some food things that your floss didn't pick up and you could brush them and the blood awayWww@Answer-Health@Com

i floss before i brush because you teeth wont hurt after you floss because you just brushed and then swish with mouth wash!.!. i love that stuff:PWww@Answer-Health@Com
