Should it come out?!

Question: Should it come out!?
I'm just about 21, and my teeth in the very back aren't finished coming in!. The two top ones came in!. The one on my bottom right hasn't at all!. The one on my bottom left has been slowly coming in for about a year now, but it's only halfway in!. I usually have teething pains for 2 or 3 days, but these pains have lasted longer than a week, and the pain is about an 8 on a scale of 1-10, then 4 when I take an Aleve!. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do!? I have no insurance, and no chance of getting any soon, so please don't tell me to see a dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely these teeth aren't going to errupt any further!. These are your wisdom teeth and they can not come in because there is not enough room for them!.
I would try to keep the area very clean because these spots can be a hiding spot for bacteria!. Brush them very well and if there is any tissue grown halfway over the unerrupted part then swish very well with warm salt water rinses as oftern as possible!. It is possible that the area could be infected or the tooth could be decayed under the gums!.
Also for discomfort try taking an antiinflamatory such as advil or motrin!. 600-800mg should help more than aleve as it is a different type of medication!.
I hope this helps and please try to make plans to see someone as soon as possible to get these teeth taken care of!. Unfortunatly until you get them out this problem will only continue and get worse!.
Also since money is a problem, see if you can have them taken out with only a local anesthetic and nitrous!. that is what I opted to do when I had mine out at 22 just because I did not want to be put to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not a dentist, but it sounds like your wisdom teeth are impacted!. If you can't go to a dentist, your going to have to remove them yourself!. YOU HAVE TO GO TO A DENTIST!. Maybe they can work on areasonable payment plan for you!.

Get some teething gel from the chemist and a baby teething gel thing you can cool in the fridge and see if that helps!. Rubbing the gum may releive the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should ask your adult relatives about it they may have some ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you should see a dentist!.

HOWEVER
1) see if you can work out a payment arrangement plan
2) if you have a dental school nearby, they might accept you as a candidate for students to work with so they can learn
3) check to see if you have a local free clinic or one with a sliding scale tied to income!.

If left untreated, you can suffer an increase in acid reflux!. Swallowing fluid as you probably do can really upset your stomach!.

This pain will continue off and on until you have the teeth extracted!. OTC pain relievers can contribute to stomach disorders/liver problems!.

At some point, you'll have these teeth removed!. The longer they're partially erupted and abrading the teeth in front of them, the greater the possibility for damage to those other teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
