Question: I dropped my retainer in the gutter how can i clean it!?
i can't get a new one, but i need to wear this one and i'm paranoid of all the germs in the gutters/sewers!. any really good cleaning tips that would kill everything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try soaking it in rubbing alcohol (and not dilute stuff like only 10%, but the concentrated stuff) for about half an hour and be sure to rinse it off really well afterward!. the alcoohol will kill the germs, and the rinsing will get rid of any alcohol residues!.

soak it in denture cleaner, soak it in rubbing alcohol, soak it in mouthwash, then brush it with antibacterial soap, then repeat until you feel it's clean!. RINSE BETWEEN EACH SOAK! soak for maybe ten or fifteen minutes, or however long you like! you could also do all the above steps, then bring it to the orthodontist for him/her to clean: it works like a charm! and it gets so clean and sanitized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
use warm soapy water and an old toothbrush to clean off the grime and dirt, then use a sterident tablet in water and soak it for about 3 hours to thoroughly disinfect it, remember to rinse it well afterwards to get rid of the solution before you put it back in your mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
How did you do that!? In any event, clean it with hot and soapy (dishwashing detergent) water, using an old toothbrush!. Next, fill a bowl with rubbing alcohol and let it soak for about 5-10 minutes!. Finally, when that is done, rinse it off with hot water!. Next, keep it in your mouth, where it belongs!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Im sure you can boil them but yu might want to ask the ortho first!.!.!.!.
I would give it a good scrub then get some sterilising tablets for dentures or babys bottles like miltons and give it a good soak!.

Well, my dad kind of answered this, but he doesn't have an account!.
He said in this event, try going to the orthodontist and ask them sanitize it!. If not that, but it in some water and boil it!.

First!.!.!.brush it with toothpaste and your toothbrush!
