Well you have to buy some of those blue flossers!. I can't imagine trying to floss without them!. It's hard when you first get your braces on but then pretty soon you think nothing of doing it!. You can buy those at Walgreens!.!.!.that's where I used to get mine!. You just put the floss through the big hole and stick the end of the flosser between the brackets, then floss like normal and take it out, rethread it through another one, and keep flossing!. Sorry if that was confusing!. You'll get the hang of it!.
The first week with braces was annoying as hell but you'll be fine, you adapt quickly!. [I'm assuming you just got them!?]

you have to buy special floss threaders!. you put the floss through the loop in the threader, then feed the threader between your teeth, under the braces!. there is probably better instructions in the box!. here's a link to the product so you know what I'm talking about
