Question: Can a dentist answer this!?
okay tomorrow i am going to the dentist to take care of a problem i have!. In a few of my front bottom teeth i have gum disease!.!.the dentist said they cannot save the very front two and want to extract and eventually put in a bridge!. They said they will most likely give me a flipper(or temp!. bridge) for those two to four front teeth!. what can i expect as far as the procedure goes!? are those small teeth fairly easier to extract as opposed to when they pull molars or wisdom!? how will the swelling and bleeding be!? Will the flipper serve a positive purpose until i get the permanant bridge!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes the flipper will keep adjacent teeth from moving into the empty space created after extraction!.

These teeth are the easiest to extract!. they have single conical roots usually, the bone is not as dense as in molar area, they are easily accessible to the dentist and above all in your case u say u have gum disease so their gums that hold them are already weak so removing them wud be a piece of cake!. like hardly a minute!.
