And then give you rubberbands, how long do they usually hurt!? cause mine hurt so bad, it like kills me to wear them, and i'm supposed to wear them all day everday, and i can't bare it !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mine hurt for about 2 days or soo!.!.cuz i have to wear them all day everyday too!.
but the thing is as long as you keep wearing them all the time, you'll get used to them but if you constantly keep taking them on and off your teeth will never get used to it!.!.so yeah it hurts a little but it's more worth it to wear them as the ortho!. told youWww@Answer-Health@Com

The more you use them, the easier it will get!. Its just like in the beggining of brace, you need to get used to them??Www@Answer-Health@Com
