Hello, your best bet is to check and see which of your local hospitals has a dental internship program!.!.!.When you find one go there as they routinely provide dental services on an out-patient basis and the fees are from free to very low!. If you don't find one and there is a Dental College near you, contact the colleges "Out Patient Clinic"!.!.!.they too provide free to low fees for out patient services!.!.!.!.As for the pain management, your obviously looking for something other than an over the counter medication!.!.!.that means you will have to call your DDS and see if he or she will give you an RX for something stronger!. Good luck and I wish you well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People will give you all sorts of home remedies but in reality if you have a toothache as bad as you say there is nothing that is going to take the pain away!. Your best bet is orajel, or aspirin or some other otc pain relief!.

If you have health insurance but not dental then go see your doctor!. I say this because usually when a tooth hurts that bad it is because it is infected!. The doctor can give you some kind of antibiotic that will most likely reduce the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is serious!. You must get some antibiotics, they are really cheap, just go to local cheap or free clinic, tell the doctor about your infected tooth and he will subscribe antibiotics till you can see a dentist!. Over the counter or even prescription pain will affect the tooth for only a short while, then it will get worse, You MUST use a combination of anti biotics and pain meds, it will take about 36 hrs for the pain to really slow down with or without the pain meds!. Some subscribed pain meds will keep you pain free till the antibodies kick in!.

With the antibiotics, as for as over the counter, any ibuprofen will work best!. But you must get the antibiotics and take the full dose for however many days!.

Go to the free or public clinic!. Now!.

Dont forget to tell dentist how long you have been taking the antibiotics, and when the antibiotics work and the infection disappears, do not blow off going to the dentist!. It may be okay for months but when it comes back then look out!. So see the dentist, its worth the money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to go see a dentist!. this is serious!. if you go in on an emergency basis at a dentist's, if they're nice, they'll work out some sort of payment w/you!.

hope you feel better soon!. that really sucks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
