Why should I wait to remove my wisdom teeth?!

Question: Why should I wait to remove my wisdom teeth!?
Over the last year or so, my wisdom teeth have been coming in!. My last dental x-ray (about two months ago) showed that the fourth one (lower left) isn't fully formed yet, and my dentist wants to wait for it to come in before removing the other three!. I had the second molar on that side extracted shortly after the x-rays, so that wisdom tooth is needed to fill in that spot!.
Is it necessary to wait for the final wisdom tooth, since it is developing normally and has a minimal chance of causing problems!? The other three are becoming increasingly more painful!. If I don't get them removed by the end of July, I won't have another opportunity until Christmas break - I play wind instruments, and cannot afford to take the time off to have them removed during the semester!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no great rush, and you may not need to remove them at all!. The standard reasons for doing so:
- They are particularly subject to decay!.
- They may grow in improperly, and cause problems for other teeth!.
It is easiest to remove a tooth that has fully come in, as it is more easily grasped with the extractor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, if you're experiencing pain its probably the same thing as when babies teeth which I don't understand!. I have all of my wisdom teeth and another one coming in behind one!. When it broke the gums I felt it and wondered what the fuss was about!. People laugh at that but I guess I have a higher tolerance for pain than some!. Maybe over time you'll get used to the feeling of them there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 29 and have all my wisdom teeth, i don't think that you should have them removed unless there is a problem with them!. The dentist may just want to wait so when he pulls them he can pull them all so you only have to go through thee procedure once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm i wouldnt remove the wisdom teeth unless they are bothering you!. mine are growing in and they are fine as fine can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
