Question: Veneers!? painful!?!?!!?
i am going to be getting veneers when i get ma braces off!.!.can u tell me any personal experience with them!? is it painful to get them on!?!? do they hurt after!?!? hoow do they look!?!? thank u!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Veneers!. Pretty simple procedure!.

Well, quick description:
It takes 1-2 visits!. Generally, the first day may or may not include some anesthetic!. It depends on the condition of your teeth, and/or how much tooth structure must be reduced in order to fit the veneer desired!. Next, the tooth/teeth will be shaped to the needed size to fit a veneer!. This takes about 30 mins - an hour, again depending on the number of teeth and how involved the procedure may be!. After the shaping, an impression is taken of your teeth!. This impression is sent to a lab, or done at the office, to make the veneers!. Before you walk out of the office, you will have "temporary veneers" on!. After 2 weeks, or so, you will have another appointment to cement the veneers!.
They look so natural! You will be stunned by the results! Of course, if there is something that you're not satisfied with, TELL YOUR DENTIST BEFORE THEY CEMENT THE VENEERS ON!. Don't walk away if you're not completely happy!.
(If you're not happy, or the veneers/crowns are "bad" maybe because of placement or due to the job done by the lab, your dentist will be more than happy to replace them for you without charge!. And, some dentists become offended or will charge you the lab fee!.)

i have seen some horror stories dealing with veneers!. people who had the process messed up and were left with teeth that looked like short, white toothpicks!. it was disgusting!. they put you under when they do it, because basically they take a sander kind of thing to your teeth and just kind of destroy them and wear them down to tiny little stubs they can fit the veneers over!. also, you have to get them replaced every ten years, as they wear down!.
also, why the h-e double hockey sticks would you get veneers after you get braces off!? that makes absolutely no sense!. the point of braces it to correct your teeth and make them look nice, and from my personal experience, it was EXPENSIVE!. why would you spend years getting nice straight teeth and then destroy them and put fake ones on right when the process is finished!? this doesn't have to do with your question, but it is my opinion, and i am really curious as to what your logic is with this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had all my teeth veneered!. I didn't find it painful!. And they look fantastic!Www@Answer-Health@Com
