After being a dental assistant for many years, I am a little biased on this subject!. Yes, I do brush my teeth after every meal!. Now I'm a student (in nursing school) and I still brush my teeth!.
As for the cleanliness of bathrooms, just follow basic santitary procedures!. Don't lay your toothbrush/toothpaste down on any surfaces!. Keep them in a case/baggie until you use them!. Other than that, there is no need to touch anything!.
If others are grossed out by you brushing your teeth after you eat, try eating some onions for lunch and then breath in their face instead!. Or eat broccoli and then smile to show all the green seeds between your teeth!
You can brush discreetly and keep your area clean!. It's never wrong to try to take good care of yourself!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There was a woman at my old job who would brush her teeth after lunch every day!. And while I know it is a really good idea to do so, I was always kind of grossed out by it!. Who wants to be washing their hands and have to listen to someone brushing their teeth and spitting in the sink next to you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
