Cheek swelling up...?!

Question: Cheek swelling up!.!.!.!?

so i got my wisdom teeth taken out a week ago (only had two)

and my right hole has already closed up (either that or i jus cant find it)

and i jus got my braces taken off yesterday!.!.!.

then yesterday night my right cheek swelled up!.!.

is it from the braces being removed!? because it couldnt possibly be an infection right!?

how long will it take to go down!?

It is likely from the braces!. The area has healed up so I wouldn't think it is an infection!. As long as your not in extreme pain!. Check your cheek for any lesions and use salt water to rinse until it heals up!. There is alot of drilling involved in removing braces so the dentist may have nicked your cheek or gums!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there could be an infection!. i would say get to the dentist when u can!. and do warm salt water rinses AT LEAST 6 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
