well ok im getting spacers in this coming monday and iv already asked a simalar question and how bad to spacers hurt from experience i have to wear them for a week and than braces so can i do to stop some of the pain thx im so scared ):Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just got spacers yesterday, 12 of them, and the pain didnt really kick in that bad until maybe like 5 hours after they had been put in and I could not stand the pain, I took a tylenol and that kinda worked and so did sucking on ice!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
i went through the same exact thing and now im braces free! lol ok so about your question, honestly spacers dont hurt what so ever!. its just a little piece of rubber that goes inbetween two of your back teeth!. although it does hurt while they insert the spacer and afterwords you can feel a little pressure its absolutely nothing to worry about=] hope this helped and good luck with getting braces! i miss mine a little bit=[Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had spacers a few years ago, and they usually don't hurt that much, but if they do you can always take Tylenol/Advil or eat ice cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
