Hi there,

Definitely a soft one!. One might think the harder bristled ones are better but quite the opposite!. The harder bristled ones are tough and can abrade your tooth!. It can be an abrasive especially because most toothpaste do contain some form of abrasives in it!. The force you use with the bristles can also contribute to the abrasion!. This will create cavitation on your teeth near the gum area which will eventually cause sensitivity!.

Soft bristles are much better because they are gentler on your teeth and gums as well!. Hard bristles are made available by toothbrush companies because people still have this bad notion that harder bristles can clean better but that is not at all the truth!. They just want to make a sale to people who still think this way!.

Believe me, if you ask any dental pro, no one will tell you that hard bristled toothbrushes are any good!. Take my word for it!. You'll be better off if you do, honestly !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a soft- bristled toothbrush is good to use!. you should know that toothbrush with hard bristles can cause damage to the gums promoting gum recession!.

dental appointments can help maintain the stability of periodontal health and prevent problems that are still minor before they become major ones!. dental instructions and good oral hygiene habits should be given utmost importance!. when gum disease is treated properly and gum health is maintained!. long lasting, healthy teeth and gums are expected to be end result!.
