whenever you take it out of your mouth but it in the container!. If you don't have the container, keep it in your mouth!. Make a rule for yourself that your retainer can only be in two places: your mouth & the container!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Always wear it, then put it in the case when not wearing it! decorate the case and put it somewhere you know to look for it! have an extra case at school and carry it around with you so that you can put the retainer in it too, just in case!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Make sure that you are ware it when you are supposed to!. Also, when taking it make sure that you put in the same place every time so that you will always know were it is!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Put it in the case, And have a special spot were you just put that so you know where it is at all time!. I had to do this with my reading glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i say either leave it on your nightstand if you have one by ur bed, or if that doesnt work in ur bathroom so everymorning when u wake up u can grab it, hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
