The procedure isn't painful, the dentist will numb the area and once it is numb the teeth will be pulled!. It will just be uncomfortable and there will be odd sounds as the teeth get pulled!.

The dentist will advise to take a painkiller, probably ibuprofen, before numbing wears off, so you won't feel pain and take regular after that for the first day or so!. However, you may get no pain - I had a tooth pulled the other month and needed no painkillers after (although I did take some to prevent swelling, so it is best to take some)!.

You should be fine for your holidays, take enough painkillers with you, and remember you need to rinse with salt rinse for a day or so too, so may be an idea to take some salt as well!.

If you are worried, then why not ask your dentist if the extractions can wait till you get back!? If you aren't in pain just now, may be an idea!. He may agree, since while it should be OK, if any complications set in after, getting emergency dental attention when you were away may be a hassle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything will be fine, don't worry lol!. I had an operation and came out of the hospital at 1 pm (months ago) when i got home my dad had packed everything and said we are going on holiday to the Caribbean (i was so scared) i actually didn't want to go cause i was in pain!. Basically what I'm trying to say is your be fine and it shouldn't be painful!.

Oh and also the operation was in my mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dread going to the dentist and when I did force myself to visit him most recently it turned out that I had to have a rather horrific extraction as a new wisdom tooth had cracked and broken an existing tooth!.!.my jaw is not large enough to accommodate the wisdom teeth!.!.and there was barely anything left for the dentist to get a grip on!. Worse than that the root of the tooth was large and healthy and well bedded in so that even had there been plenty to grip, it was always going to be a struggle!.
I went back for the work to be done!.!.and I was physically shaking by this time, was given several injections around the gum and then the dentist went for it!.!.he meant to make one attempt and if it proved really tricky, to operate on the gum instead!. I felt nothing at all during this extraction, which was successful, and the pain that followed when the injections wore of was about as bad as a fairly mild headache!.I know that you are having three extractions but hopefully none as bad as this one was, in which case you will feel a little out of it for a day or so and the be fine!. Ask your dentist about flying after the extractions!.!.if you are going to fly!.!.and about pain meds, but don't worry about the pain itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how many teeth you are having extracted!. When i had mine pulled for my brace i had 2 one appointment and 3 the other!. I found it quite hard to talk that day and the next then got used to it and was fine!. It doesnt hurt when they extract it!. They give you a few injections so it is totally numb and you dont feel a thing but it starts to hurt a few hours after when the numbing wears off!. If i were you i would change your appointment toa few days before or after you come back just to be on the safe side!. Have a nice holiday!. Hope i helped xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

The dentist will give you an injection so the procedure won't hurt!. Your mouth will be numb for a couple of hours afterwards and after that it may be a bit sore for a couple of days!. Take some paracetamol with you in case you need it!. It shouldn't stop you enjoying your holiday - unless you want to take part in activities that require a full set of teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would advise that you change the date of your exstraction for after your holiday, although you shouldnt feel any pain whilst having them out, depending which ones your getting pulled you will have swelling, soreness and eating will be alittle uncumfy!. and i might spiol your well earned holiday for the first few days!. which you dont want!.!.!.!. i would change your dates if i were youWww@Answer-Health@Com

when your getting your teeth out it didnt hert me but i had gas and air but you only feel the pulling but no pain :D
your teeth will hert alittle but your mouth will be all numb so by some liquid things to eat and straws :)
