I am finding answer to this question for my dear patients for the last 25 years now!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but, I must confess I have not found answer to this question!. Most of the things that we tell to the patients are just empirical!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.so, then the advise is that most of the people learn to live with these, if there is no other oral problem!. But, I understand the ulcers under the tongue are very much disturbing!.

I always tell my patients to make their oral mucosa quite strong!.!.!.!.!.!.how!?!.!.!.!.just by taking a very balanced and nutritious diet!.!.!.!.be totally away from the fast foods and junkies!. I am sure it will definitely help!. And stress is also a big contributor!.!.!.so please find out means and ways of unwinding yourself!.!.!.!.just relax, go out for long walks, meditate and all!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.these all will definitely help you in decreasing the frequency of those painful ulcers!.

mouth ulcers may be prevented by proper oral hygiene!. brushing teeth 3x per day and using mouthwash even one's per day!. bacterias in the mouth will reduce after brushing and using mouthwash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

floss, brush your gums, use listerine and if you do get an ulcer get some warm water and mix with salt, gargle for about 2 mins, do this everyday until it goes away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep your dang teeth brushed! Also brush your tongue, inside your cheeks, your gums, floss, use an antibacterial mouthwash!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do all this at least 3 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all the above seems right !. but if you don't knew the cause !.!.!.just take Vitamin B-Complex 1 tabs 3 times daily for ten days !.!.!.!. and also use Pyralvex Purna drops !.!. one drop over the ulcerated areaWww@Answer-Health@Com

if its repeated in the same place, so there is somethign wrong in this area (sharp filling edge, decayed tooth), or may be some stomach troubles can cause itWww@Answer-Health@Com
