Mine didn't hurt!. The pressure is there, but it never held me back from doing what I regularly do at school, home, etc!.

No, getting them on doesnt hurt that much just the next 4 or 5 days they hurt the most because the teeth move the most in the first 4 or 5 days!. You might wanna eat soft foods for about a week because their very sore!. Keep pain relievers in you so you wont ache!. But good luck if your getting them!
