hi i have a powerchain on the top, and everytime they change it your mouth is just sore for a while!. I recommend Tylenol or Ibprofen (spelling!?!?) before and a few hours after they change it! Braces suck i know but it will be worth it! we will have amazing smiles lol hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
