Gums overlap teeth?!

i used to have braces and it made my gums overlap but i got them off about a year in a half ago and ther is still some overlapping !.!.!.!.!. how can i get my teeth back! i brush 2 x a day its like some of my teeth are smaller then the others !.!.!. what can i do !? i heard messageing the gums help but how do i do that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
