Broken Sonicare Toothbrush?!
Question: Broken Sonicare Toothbrush!?
Hey!. I got braces recently and my orthodintist place gave me this handy Sonicare Toothbrush for free!. It's been working really well, but as of today, the toothbrush seems to be broken!.
My toothbrush has a two-minute timer (even though my orthodontist recommends 4 minutes of brushing) and It doesn't work anymore!. It turns on, but once something touches the neck of the bristles, the toothbrush goes silent!. So is the head broken, or do I have to buy a new toothbrush!? I"m pretty sure they won't give me another brush for free, since it seems, that once something is broken, they usually blame it on the user!.

Something might be wrong with the motor!.
Try to replace the head!.
Have you changed the batteries!?

Actually some companies stand by their products!. Contact Sonicare and they just might send you a new head without cost to you!. Call them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
