Question: Bad Gums Dentists Only!.!.!.!?
I have what i would consider good gums on y top teeth but on the bottom there is alot of tooth showing is there any way to make them stronger and regrow them or anything , thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you have is gum recession and there is no way to regrow them, but you can keep it from getting worse!. Most likely you may have gotten it from the way you brush your teeth, such as brushing your gums too much or too hard!. It is possible you may have it from gum disease also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Receding gums can not only be caused by bacteria, but also how you brush your teeth and the softness of the bristles of the brush!. Do not use too abrasive of a tooth paste and maybe you are applying too much pressure on your lower jaw while brushing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nope, sorry!. There is nothing you can do but keep them from getting worse!. Floss and see a periodontist if necessary!. (my dad and my step dad's are both dentists)Www@Answer-Health@Com
