and you know how like due to the bacteria your gums get swollen!?well mine arent as swollen as they were but theres still pretty swollen and get bleedy when i brush is there like any mouthwash touthpaste etc!. to make it better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had braces and my fiance just got his off last week!. It's totally normal for them to be swollen and for them to bleed!. It will go away eventually!. Use a SOFT bristle toothbrush for awhile and brush carefully!. That's the best thing to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hmmm!.!.!.that never happened to me, but when my cousins got their braces off they said they just continued brushing to reduce the swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
