I don't think it is serious due to the large supply of blood vessels ensuring rapid healing!.

Apply pressure on the area using a wad of gauze to prevent bleeding!. Usually such superficial wounds of tongue heal without infection, and quickly!.

I've cut my tongue on a sprite can before and all you do is wait!. You just wait untill it heals- mine didn't take that long at all!. Just be patient!. Hope this helps!.!.!.!.and I hope the cut goes away too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
im a doctor come to me at 3305 statesville road and under 3 minutes it will be surgered if it is really damaged or just healed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
