The white stuff on your tounge is plaque!. Don't brush your tounge b/c all thats doing is mixing it around on your tongue more!. Go out and buy a tongue scraper you can get them at Target or Walmart for $5 or less!. Also, that's the stuff that makes your breathe smell bad so you definatley want to get it out of your mouth in the morning and night!.
