Bubbles on the back sides of my tongue, know what it could be?!

Question: Bubbles on the back sides of my tongue, know what it could be!?
before i spend $60 on a doctor visit, i want to find out if its even needed incase anyone on here knows about it!.

okay a few days ago i burnt my tongue eating something too hott!. the day after i had the usual big taste buds from the burning that are sore/sensitive and developed a cancur sore under my tongue!. then about a day after, on the left side of my tongue all the way back where it connects to your throat i started getting this bubble, two actually!. When i feel them (without gagging) their just soft round bubbles!. They scratch up again my tooth when i chew so i cant even eat cause it hurts (like a cancer sore)!.

I checked in the mirror and you know that cartilage or whatever its called that connects to the back of your throat on the side of your tongue!? well its like inflated enough to scratch my tooth and i checked the other side and it looks the same but not as big!. Its really hard to explain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More than likely it's nothing and it's normal anatomy!. Can't tell without actually looking at it!. When you burned your tongue you may have inflamed many taste buds on our tongues!. There are alot of different types: fungiform, filiform, and circumvallate papillae!.

The 'bubbles' in the back of the tongue are probably circumvallate papillae!. These are described as 3-12 round elevated bumps on the tongue, dividing the tongue of the beginnings of the throat!. Google circumvallate papillae and I'm sure you'll see something similar to what you're looking at!.

Canker sores suck!. I get them all the time!. They can form anywhere there's flabby mucosa (like the tongue, lips, cheeks, under the tongue)!. They are very painful and recur all the time!. Not to worry about these!. I use KANKA, an OTC drug that covers the sores!. I swear by this stuff and I think it's much better than amebsol or any of the other stuff!.

I'm confused about the other stuff you're talking about like the 'cartilage'!. I'd say try taking a picture of it with a digital camera, wait about two weeks and check it out again!. See if there's a change!. If it hasn't go see your dentist and he can tell you what's going on!.

Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep your dirty fingers out of your mouth and rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash!. If it's still bubbly after a few days call a doctor!. You can also rinse with something called peroxyl!. It's good for mouth irritations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
