My top part of my gums in the back hurt?!
Question: My top part of my gums in the back hurt!?
I have braces and they hurt where they touch the metal bracket around my very back tooth!. sometimes they get swollen and hurt really bad for a few days then it goes away!. I usually just use mouthwash and brush my teeth a lot but is there any other way to get rid of this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no there isnt,the braces will not stop rubbing,so the pain wont go away,until the tissue hardens!.Whatt you can do is put the dental wax on the bracket that is rubbing it!.If your orthadontist didnt give you any,you can buy it at wallgreens,or other convinient stores,and ask for some next time you go to the orthadontist,because i just got my braces off 2 weeks ago,and i can tell you,the pain wont stop until the braces come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
