yes, but only if the situation calls for it, aka, very, very damaged teeth with an overbite or underbite that can damage the gum!. mostly dentists wait, because the baby teeth will eventually fall out, and the brace with the missing tooth will be loose, need to be tightened, and then it will stunt the adult tooth's growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well orthodontists tend to wait for all of them to come out first so you don't waste your time on teeth that are going to fall out anyway!. But if you have baby teeth that don't have an adult tooth behind them (so the baby teeth shouldn't come out) they should have no problem giving you braces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But go see a dentist!. They'll take X rays and send them to an orthodontist, who will will decide the "game plan," if you will, and will tell the dentist which teeth to pull!.
The dentist will then pull your baby teeth (don't worry, it doesn't hurt! I had six or so pulled! Just not all at once), and then a few weeks later you'll get braces on!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some dentitsts will put braces on even if you havent lost all your baby teeth!.
If you have severe teeth issues and require braces for a great deal of time, dentists will usually give you your braces early in life!.

The dentist pulled the few baby teeth I had left before I had my braces put on!. Otherwise you are straightening teeth that are going to fall out!. The new teeth may not grow in straight and the braces are all for nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
