It can happen pretty quickly!. I knew a person that had their braces taken off and never wore the retainer and her teeth were back to the way they were in one year!. You have to wear your retainer!. It is the most important thing!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ha like in a week!.!.!.i got my braces off and my doc fitted me for a retainer!.!.it took about two weeks to get it by the time I got the thing my teeth had already moved almost completly back!.!.I was so mad, he told me I could put them back on (and just note I had glasses also at the time, not a great combo) didnt want to do that again so I had straight beautiful teeth for about a week and then wore my retainer til it didnt fit anymore!.!.now it doent even look like i had braces!.!.granite my teeth are not bad but man after a year of wearing them you would like the results to be permanent ya know!?!?!? Just sucks he was not a doc I would reccomend, he had bad breath too go figure!.!.!.wear it if you have one!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm back in braces b/c i didn't wear my retainer my teeth are actually worse now then the first time!.!.!. but you can actually feel when they are moving when you try to put your retainer back on and it feel a lot tighterWww@Answer-Health@Com
