you learn to accept them!. (hopefully) i just hate eating bread because it gets jammed in between the wires! sooo annoying! and i also hate when it sometimes cuts up the inside of your mouth and you have to put the wax on!. luckily that doesn't happen to me a lot!. but hey! the hassle will definitely be worth it in the end!Www@Answer-Health@Com

food always gets stuck in them and they cause lil sores in my mouth after i get them tightened!. =[Www@Answer-Health@Com
