im getting my braces off next week!. what can i expect!? does it hurt getting them off!? what do they do!?
also, from past experiences, when you got yours off, were there like any damage to your teeth!? (white marks, ditches from sugar)

It doesn't hurt!. They just open the brackets, take the wire off, and pop off the brackets!.
Also, it's really rare that you will have stained teeth because they clean them hardcore!! They also reshaped a couple of mine to make everything perfect!! So don't worry! Just be excited!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you took good care of your teeth
while having your braces on then you shouldnt
have a problem
i didnt take great care of my teeth,
and didnt have like marks on my teeth
there isnt any pain when they take them off
its not that bad!.
you should be happy your getting them off
you have straight teeth now

First off relax! You have nothing to worry about!. You should feel no pain!. the only thing I noticed when they were off is it kind of felt slimy!.!.!.!. but that goes away!. You will have stains but you can buy crest whiting strips at the store or something!.

i just got mine off like a month ago and they open each bracket then take out the wire then get a tool that just pops each 1 off that's no big deal at all!.!. but after that they have got to scrape off the bonding glue and that does not feel good at allWww@Answer-Health@Com
They just take off your brackets !.!.!. some scrape them off and some I think, they pull it out!. You can expect retainers after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont worry it wont hurt!. but they have to twist the brackets a slight bit so they could chip off which is like a pinch but it actually feels good so no sweatWww@Answer-Health@Com
