Rubber bands for braces?!
Question: Rubber bands for braces!?
I have braces and i'm wearing rubber bands!. Am I supposed to have my rubber bands on, when I arrive at my ortho appointment!? Or Am I supposed to take them off before my appointment/ arriving there!? I always get confused about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep them on!. Even though you might want to take them off if they hurt, resist the temptation because if you keep them on, you will get your braces off faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
