Braces off tomorrow!?!


Question: Braces off tomorrow!!?
and i finally get them off tomorrow at 8 AM!! I'm sooo excited, and hope they look good, but think they are going to be yellow, so I want to get white strips ASAP!.
Does anyone have any advice about what brand to use, or advice in general about getting braces off!.

I get mine off on thursday at 9:00 in the moring we rock and I heard that the crest is the best and that you should wait about 3 weekks before using them and not to use the strongest brand use crest white strips classicWww@Answer-Health@Com
Yay! good luck! Your teeth are going to feel all slippery and smooth and you won't be able o stop running your tongue over them! it doesn't hurt when they take them off - it's just a lot of pressure on your jaw!. Make sure they get rid of all the adhesive on your teeth - my orthodontist didn't!. And wear your plate when you're meant too! You'll get sick of it, but your teeth will move back in no time if you don't!. No advice on the white strips sorry (but you may find your teeth look a lot whiter with no braces anyway)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, usually they whiten your teeth for you!.
