Whitening before braces?!

Question: Whitening before braces!?

Should i use crest white strips, or should i just use a really good whitening toothpaste after my braces are on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest not whitening before braces!. whiten after them!. usually the ortho!. dr!.s have these trays that u put in at night with bleach that whiten ur teeeth!. crest white strips work well but they have icky tasting gooey stuff in themWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would wait until after your braces are out!.!.!.so be patient! and its not like anyone will notice their white if you have a mouthful of braces on them!
