Is it OK to swallow spit when you're using teeth whitening strips?!


Question: Is it OK to swallow spit when you're using teeth whitening strips!?
Teeth whitening strips make you drool when you use them!.!.!.is it OK to swallow that spit since there is so much peroxide in the strips!? It makes me nervous to swallow it, but what a pain to have to keep spitting out spit for 30 minutes a day!

so YES its fine beacuse it doesnt have the chemical flouride in it (chemical in toothpase and wouthwash) just dont swallow your toothpast or mouthwash!

Secondly, the peroxide is predominantly bound in the gel on the strip!. Any that gets in your mouth is truly insignificant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They say on the box that it's ok to swallow!. I still spit, because it tastes gross and makes me nervous, but you don't have to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I usually just swallow as little as possible so that it doesn't come out!
