Getting Braces off TOMORROW?!
Question: Getting Braces off TOMORROW!?
i am really scared of getting my braces off!. will it hurt!? If i have any stains will they come off when they use the thing to remove the glue or when they polish them!? Also if fi do have stains what can i do at home to remove them!? will they fade over time!? Please help me i am really scared what my teeth will look like after 4 years with braces on!?

the answer to your question about will it hurt getting your braces off is :No, most people do not experience any discomfort when removing the braces!. Some people's teeth are sensitive to cold air during the removal procedures but no other discomfort should be felt!.
the dentist will polish off any cement left after the brackets and he will polish up any stains but its advisable to see the dental hygienist after your brackets are removed , they will have more time to give ya a proper cleaning and a good polish up to remove any left behind cement!. Also the will give ya advice on how to care for your new beautifully straight teeth!.
You cant do much at home to remove stains except continue with your daily oral hygiene brushing and flossing but if you have stains make an appointment for the hygienist!.
dont be scared of getting your braces off you'll be thrilled to have your mouth back to normal believe me and you'll be delighted with your new straight teeth!. So keep smiling!!!!

it shouldnt hurt!.!.!.it felt awkward for me though!. if youd feel more comortable, you could take a pain killer before you go to the ortho tomorrow
the stains (which probabaly will appear yellow - which is leftover glue still on your teeth) will come of when they remove some of the glue at the ortho (however they probably wont get ALL of the glue off tomorrow, book and appt!. for your regular dentist asap and then they will take off the rest of the glue for you, and theyll be able to handle other stains, if you have any)
a lot of people suggested to me to use crest whitestrips (or some whitening method) after i got my braces off, b/c alot of my friends said they had like yellow teeth!.!.!.but i never bothered with any of that and my teeth are perfectly fine and arent discoloured at all!.

I know that it doesn't hurt when you get them off you will feel a little pressure though but not much! Most likely you will not have stains there may be very small one but nobody will be able to tell!. If you do try to whiten your teeth this will help the go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if there are stains, go get them cleaned or use white strips!.
