A question about using regular Listerine mouthwash?!

Question: A question about using regular Listerine mouthwash!?

Can I eat or drink anything after using it or do I have to wait 30 minutes!. The the bottle doesn't say anything about it this so I was wondering!.

Is it ok to rinse my mouth with water right after using Listerine!? Or I shoudn't do that!? Because I want to get the taste out of my mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally, you don't drink or rinse with water after using flouride (like ACT)!. That's because you want the flouride to sit on your teeth for longer and give them protection!.

Listerine is just an anti-bacterial mouthwash!. You can rinse your mouth out directly afterward because it works on contact!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldn't recommend consuming anything for 1/2 hr after you finish!. it has a weird filmy aftertaste!. it would make the food/drink taste strange, and minty!.!.!. But hey, if you want to!.!.!. It' really up to you!.

I think the general idea is to leave a residue in your mouth so that it can carry on working, so rinsing with water is not ideal!. However, I don't blame you! The stuff is fierce! i have to psych myself up to use it! It is supposed to be good and effective though!. Be brave!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd use it after your eat!. Otherwise it's kinda pointless to use it!.
