I not exactly sure but I had brown stains between my two front teeth and he said there was a stain inside my teeth MIGHT of been caused by drinking apple juice before my permanent teeth came in or having pnumonia!. My dentist got them off by using a sander and painted them with a natrual color of my other teeth but if the paint chips off when I am older he will do somthing more serious!. Hope this information helps! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell you what!.!.!.I agree we can rule out coffee and "anything"!.!.!.but we can't rule out medication that you may have taken!.!.and that of course would include the "recreational kind"!.!.!.!.Calculus can build up on and between teeth rapidly once it starts!.!.Tell you what, if you don't have any get some ordinary Food Coloring, like you would use on Easter Eggs!.!.!.Brush you teeth really good and then place five drops of RED food coloring in a tea spoon and then swish it around in your mouth as though it were a mouth wash!.Do that for at least one minute!.!.!.Then spit it out and rinse with clear water!.!.!.!.Now look in a mirror!.!.!.any organic material on or around your teeth will be RED and that will tell you the discoloration on you teeth is food or calculus (tartar)and you need to get your teeth professionally cleaned by a Hygienist and get some instructions on brushing techniques!. Good luck and I wish you well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be caused from not brushing well, and a certain kind of bacteria has built up on his teeth!. It could also be a certain kind of infection, also from bacteria!. I would consult your dentist in case it is something that requires a medication or something else!. Hope this helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
