Red patch on tongue?!
Question: Red patch on tongue!?
I have a little red patch on my tongue near the front, it's a slightly darker red than the rest of the tongue, it's smooth and not raised, and it's sensitive to the touch, I'm 17 and smoke, what could it be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're too young for smoking to have caused much damage, but it is poisoning your body!. Just quit, and replace that bad habit with a good one, and think positive thoughts, and do good deeds, and the rest tends to somehow work itself out!.
I think you just bit your tongue in your sleep!. If it goes away in 24-36 hours!. I use to freak-out alot when I was younger about all kinds of little stuff like this, and I smoked a little!.
If you HAVE TO smoke, try not to inhale very much, and don't do it around others!. And try to quit!.

Only your doctor could say!. If I had to guess I'd say it could be nothing and it could be cancer!. It is definitely a wake up call to you to consider quitting smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
