Question: I think I have teeth on my gooch!?
Between my butt and balls has been hurting me for sometime when I felt down there it scared me cause it was all smooth and hard Im going to the DR!.s tomorrow but I wanna know if anyone has any ideas of what it could be I took a picture of it on my phone to try and see it and it looked whit Im hispanic so it kind of stood outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like the early stages of a "boil"--which is almost like a very large white-head pimple!.
It is basically an infection that spreads a bit, and will eventually get filled with pus and pop, just like a zit!.
Because of it's location, it is easily re-infected, so a trip to the doc is a good thing!. He will give you an oral antibiotic to clear it up!.
If you have one anywhere else, you just wait til it pops, flush with peroxide a couple times a day, and apply a bandage with antibiotic cream!.
